Praf's Points is our customer rewards scheme, designed to say thanks for ordering with us. When the scheme is enabled, you can earn points on qualifying orders and use them towards discounts on future orders.

How you earn points

Points are typically awarded when you place an order through our website checkout. The current scheme is:

• Collect 1 point for every £1 you spend on qualifying menu items.

Redeeming points

When redemption is available, you can use your points at checkout to reduce the cost of your next order. If you're not seeing the option, the scheme may be temporarily paused, or the order may not qualify.

Checking your balance

Your points balance and available rewards will appear during checkout when you're logged in. If you need help with your points, we're happy to assist.

Terms
